Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week has been rescheduled for next week, November 5th -

towards the use of drugs. The week's activities include spirit days and
signing pledge cards to be drug free. Another update will be coming out
listing what days the specific activities will occur. We hope that this
is another opportunity to start valuable conversations with your
children. For more resources, visit the Parent Resource section of the National
PTA's website at www.pta.org .
Fred Becker Presentation
As a part of Red Ribbon Week, Valley Middle School PTSA will be providing
a District Wide parent presentation by Fred Becker, Director of the Becker
Institute. Mr. Becker's lively interactive presentation will give you
tools and insight to work with your emerging teenager. The
presentation will take place in the multi-use room at Valley Middle School on
Thursday, November 1st, from 9:00 - 11:00 AM.
